The new generation of our single-stage helical gear units reduces your costs and conserves valuable resources with a range of features, including a redesigned housing concept, optimized gear teeth, smart configuration options and minimum downtimes.
Both the surface area and the thermal capacity of FLENDER ONE have been increased significantly compared to the predecessor product while simultaneously reducing its weight and maintaining the same footprint. This means that overdimensioning is no longer necessary to increase the gear unit’s own cooling performance. The result: the need for additional cooling measures is reduced.
The optimized performance offered by METAPERFORM® gear teeth marks a major step forward in the field of industrial gear units. Improvements in the gear unit’s rolling characteristics and path of contact have made it possible to reduce power dissipation by as much as 50 percent The gear unit is equipped with AIQ gear unit intelligence whose integrated sensor technology opens the way to optimize processes and improve the efficiency of systems in the field.
Breakdowns and downtimes represent huge opportunity costs that far exceed the actual process costs.
