With the AIQ Core, you have your gearbox under constant surveillance. Speed, temperature, and vibrations are measured by the sensors and processed in algorithms. The system can already detect minor irregularities, evaluate the condition of components, and check the correct alignment of the drive train. This way, time is saved, and errors can ideally be addressed directly before significant damage occurs.
The system logs usage times, enabling maintenance intervals to be planned based on this data. This results in up to a 50 percent longer oil lifespan and, consequently, lower service and operating costs.
The AIQ Core offers maximum planning security from operation to maintenance throughout the entire lifecycle.
AIQ Core seamlessly integrates into your work environment through various connection options. You can connect the sensor directly to your plant control via a cable or provide data to the AIQ Online Portal via Wi-Fi. For on-site service, AIQ Core offers Bluetooth connectivity in conjunction with the AIQ App.
The standardized PLC connection of the AIQ Core provides continuous analog and digital output of measurement values for your plant control. The digital outputs provide already processed signals that can be used, for example, to control a fan or a heater. The output signals, both analog and digital, are configurable via the free AIQ App.
The AIQ Core optionally supports data exchange and communication via OPC UA protocol. The OPC UA interface can be ordered from the factory or retrofitted with a hardware upgrade. To do this, the top part of the standard AIQ Core is replaced in the field.
For direct control at the gearbox, there is the complimentary AIQ App. With it, you can connect directly to the AIQ Core via Bluetooth. It provides status information and recommendations for action and is designed for on-site service technicians. The app guides you through the initial setup step by step.
For in-depth analysis and online monitoring, there is the AIQ Online Portal. Here, you can access process parameters, remaining lifespan analysis of individual components, frequency-selective vibration analysis, and other evaluations at any time. Using the portal requires a direct connection of the sensor to a local Wi-Fi network. The network connection setup is done through the AIQ App.
