Continuous and permanent monitoring of the coupling with AIQ Detect prevents unplanned failures and increases operational reliability. It also forms the basis for condition-based maintenance. Instead of a regular exchange of elastomers, the replacement can now be targeted and done only when needed. This is not only cost-effective but also sustainable.

When purchasing a new N-EUPEX or RUPEX, you can configure it with the 'AIQ Detect Ready' option. Your coupling will then be equipped with the magnets required for the sensor's measurements right from the factory. This prepares everything for the use of AIQ Detect. Of course, you can also order the AIQ Detect sensor simultaneously. This way, you will have your coupling's condition in view immediately after installation.
AIQ Detect can also be retrofitted to any N-EUPEX or RUPEX, allowing you to easily upgrade your existing couplings. The magnets necessary for the measurements must be installed afterwards.
To retrofit your already installed N-EUPEX or RUPEX coupling with an AIQ Detect sensor, coupling-specific upgrade packages and an installation kit are available. Both can be ordered in the FLENDER Mall. If your coupling is AIQ Ready, the installation kit is not necessary.
