THE DIGITAL GEAR UNIT INTELLIGENCE WITH INTEGRATED ANALYSIS FUNCTIONS
AIQ Core offers much more than just condition monitoring. Subprocesses such as gearbox cooling or heating can be independently controlled by the system. With AIQ Analytics, the system can also directly interpret the collected data in the sensor. These analytical functions help increase operating times and reduce operating costs.
The AIQ Core keeps an eye on the condition of your system around the clock. It senses, observes, and listens to your drive, measuring all relevant data in real-time and evaluating it. Speeds, temperatures, and vibrations are measured by the sensors and processed into algorithms. You always know how the gearbox is doing. This provides planning security for production and maintenance.
AIQ Core can detect even minor irregularities during operation, assess the condition of components, and check the correct alignment of the drive train. This way, you save time, and ideally, errors can be addressed directly before major damage occurs. The system provides you with suitable service recommendations. Through proactive maintenance, defects can be avoided, reducing downtime.
AIQ Core logs the operating times of your gearbox, including all starts and stops, as well as the prevailing operating conditions. Maintenance intervals can be planned based on this data and only performed when needed. Up to 50 percent longer oil life and lower service costs are the result. This reduces your operating and service costs (OPEX).
VERSATILE APPLICATION
AIQ Core seamlessly integrates into your work environment through various connection options. You can connect the sensor directly to your plant control via a cable or provide data to the AIQ Online Portal via Wi-Fi. For on-site service, AIQ Core offers Bluetooth connectivity in conjunction with the AIQ App.
AIQ Core's standardized PLC connection provides continuous analog and digital output of measurement values for your plant control. The digital outputs provide pre-processed signals that can be used, for example, to control a fan or a heater. The output signals, both analog and digital, can be configured through the free AIQ App.
The AIQ Core optionally supports data exchange and communication via the OPC UA protocol. The OPC UA interface can be ordered from the factory or retrofitted with a hardware upgrade. To do this, the top part of the standard AIQ Core is replaced in the field.
For direct control at the gearbox, there is the complimentary AIQ App. With it, you can connect directly to the AIQ Core via Bluetooth. It provides status information and recommendations for action and is designed for on-site service technicians. The app guides you through the initial setup step by step.
For in-depth analysis and online monitoring, there is the AIQ Online Portal. Here, you can access process parameters, remaining lifespan analysis of individual components, frequency-selective vibration analysis, and other evaluations at any time. You can try out the portal's functionality with a demo account. Click the button to get access. Using the portal requires a direct connection of the sensor to a local Wi-Fi network. The network connection setup is done through the AIQ App.
