RECRUITMENT
PROCESS

If your profile interests us, a telephone interview with a member of the human resources department will be arranged in order to determine whether your career objectives match our offers. We shall then invite you to get to know us on a visit to our company for an in-person interview at our offices.
Once your contract has been signed, you participate in an induction day with the new student-apprentices.

Machining

As a trainee for a Bac Pro Machining Technician, you are meticulous and like work well done. You will be employed in production where your mentor will train you to machine individual high-precision parts. In the process of becoming autonomous and qualified, you will be enabled to:

• specify tooling,
• adapt programs,
• carry out machining operations
• conduct checks.
