You will learn how Flender has set up its digital field service "Flender Remote Expert" in a practical way. You will gain insights into the communication tool "Sightcall" used and into the entire process of the service. From the wealth of experience we have gathered so far, you will also gain expert knowledge on the opportunities the digital field service might hold for you as well as the limitations of the service.

David has been working intensively on digital services since his master's thesis. Since 2019, David acts as product manager in the customer service team and has since been putting his know-how into practice at Flender. Based in Voerde, Germany, he has substantial expertise in digital services. After work, he is passionate about watching American Football and can often be found on his motorcycle on the weekend.
