The AIQ Core can be optimally integrated into your working environment via various connection options. You can connect the sensor directly to your system controller via a cable or provide the data for the AIQ online portal via Wi-Fi. For on-site service, the AIQ Core offers Bluetooth connectivity in conjunction with the AIQ app.
The standardized PLC connection of the AIQ Core provides a continuous analogue and digital output of the measured values for your system control. The digital outputs provide pre-processed signals that can be used to control a fan or heating system, for example. The output signals - analog and digital - can be configured via the free AIQ app.
The AIQ Core also supports optional data exchange and communication via the OPC UA protocol. The OPC UA interface can be ordered at the factory or added later via a hardware upgrade. To do this, the upper part of the standard AIQ Core is replaced in the field.
The free AIQ app is available for direct control of the gearbox. You can use it to connect directly to the AIQ Core via Bluetooth. It provides status information and recommended actions and is designed for on-site service technicians. The app guides you step by step through the initial setup.
The AIQ online portal is available for in-depth analyses and online monitoring. Here, you can access process parameters, the remaining service life analysis of individual components, frequency-selective vibration analyses and other evaluations at any time. You can try out the portal functionality by of the portal using a demo account. Click on the button to gain access. The sensor must be directly connected to a local Wi-Fi network to use the portal. The network connection, which is set up via the AIQ app.
When purchasing a new FLENDER ONE gearbox, the AIQ Core is already installed ex works as standard. All other Flender gearboxes are also available with an integrated sensor. Simply select the AIQ Core as an optional add-on as part of your next configuration or order. A retrofit kit is also available, allowing you to equip your existing gearbox with AIQ Core anytime. This also applies to other makes. The AIQ Core is available both with and without an OPC UA interface.
