The mobile AIQ app with status information and recommended actions is designed for service technicians on-site and facilitates the daily handling of gearboxes. Alternatively, you can of course also integrate the data directly into your systems via interfaces.

AIQ keeps an eye on the condition of your system around the clock. You always know how the gearbox is doing. This creates planning reliability for production and maintenance. In the event of irregularities, the system can quickly identify possible sources of error and recommend the appropriate action for servicing. Predictive maintenance can thus prevent major defects and reduce service costs (OPEX) and downtimes. AIQ also makes it possible to extend current maintenance intervals and carry them out only when required rather than at fixed intervals. For example, the operating time of the gear oil can be doubled depending on the operating temperature measured with AIQ. This results in savings of 50%.

AIQ allows you to measure the real operating loads of your gearboxes. Based on clear load spectra, you can redefine the gearbox specifications in your requirements. This often reveals an evolutionary oversizing of the gearboxes used and thus a considerable downsizing potential. When placing a new order, you can then select a smaller gearbox that exactly matches your requirements. This can save you up to 25% on investment costs.
