AIQ Detect turns your flexible N-EUPEX and RUPEX coupling into a smart component. The digital coupling sensor monitors the wear condition of the elastomers and also measures the direction of rotation and speed. This allows you to monitor the condition of your coupling around the clock.

Continuous and permanent monitoring of the clutch with AIQ Detect prevents unplanned failures and increases operational reliability. Above all, however, it is also the basis for condition-based maintenance. Instead of replacing the elastomers at regular intervals, thanks to AIQ Detect, the replacement can now be carried out in a targeted manner and only when necessary. WITH EXTENSIVE CONNECTION OPTIONS
SIMPLY RETROFIT OR ORDER DIRECTLY
When purchasing a new N-EUPEX or RUPEX, you can configure it with the AIQ Detect Ready option when ordering. Your coupling will then be equipped ex works with the magnets that the sensor needs for its measurements. Everything is then ready for use with the AIQ Detect. Of course, you can also order the AIQ Detect sensor simultaneously. You can then keep an eye on the condition of your clutch immediately after installation. AIQ Detect can also be retrofitted to any N-EUPEX and RUPEX, so you can easily make your existing couplings smart. The magnets required for the measurement must then be retrofitted.
To retrofit your already installed N-EUPEX or RUPEX coupling with an AIQ Detect sensor, coupling-specific upgrade packages and an installation kit are available. You can order both in the FLENDER Mall. If your coupling is already AIQ Ready, the installation kit is not necessary.
