DR. PETER WALLER RESIGNS FROM HIS POSITION AS CFO AND MANAGING DIRECTOR

Effective today, Dr. Peter Waller has resigned from his position as CFO and Managing Director for personal reasons.

Andreas Evertz says: "I thank Peter for his contribution to the further development of Flender and wish him all the best for his future."

Peter Waller adds, "Flender is a great company with a long past and a great future. It has been a pleasure to be a small part of its journey. I’m wishing all the best to all Flender employees."

We are currently in the process of recruiting a successor. On an interim basis, Andreas Evertz will take over the direct reporting lines.
