OUR MEASUREMENT AND TESTING SERVICES

Our employees possess extensive knowledge in the field of geometrical product specifications (GPS standards). We inspect and measure the defined quality characteristics of the technical drawing and provide you with a comprehensive inspection report. Initial sample inspections according to VDA standards are also part of our service portfolio.

3D Measurement

The measurement of large components with the highest accuracy is a core competency of Flender. As a specialist in large gear units, we have the appropriate measurement systems in our production facilities.

Gear Measurement

The high accuracy requirements in gear metrology and the constantly increasing complexity of drive components demand the best available measurement technology and a machine and software concept optimized for these applications.

Non-Destructive Testing

We offer the following non-destructive testing (NDT) methods: MT, NE, PT, UT, and VT.
All our employees are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9712.

Certifications

We are a multi-ISO-certified company. Due to our products and market segments, classification societies accompany us on behalf of end customers during manufacturing and production (such as ABS, BV, DNV, GL, LR, and RINA).
