Our service team will inform you about the fault. You will find out whether continued operation is possible or whether an immediate stop is necessary. During the initial consultation, it may already be possible to draw conclusions about the problem.
DATA ANALYSIS
An in-depth data analysis by our experts then makes it possible to better assess the severity of the error. We will inform you of the results and discuss the next steps with you.
VISUAL INSPECTION
In the third step, our Remote Expert supports you with a visual inspection of the affected transmission and its attachments. You will then receive customized recommendations based on the results.
